Ingredients
- Chapati – 6
- Onion - 1[sliced]
- Green chilli - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Garlic - 3 cloves[chopped]
- Red, yellow, green capsicum - 1/2 cup [cut into thin stripes]
- Green chilli -1 [chopped]
- Tomato chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Method
- Cut chapati in to thin stripes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, green chilli, capsicum, carrot, garam masala & salt saute
- Add tomato chilli sauce, soya sauce saute
- Add chapati noodles, mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce if required
- Once its ready, cut off heat serve hot

Slice onion, capsicum, garlic, green chilli
Take 6 chapathi [leftover or fresh]
Cut into thin stripes
Heat pan, add oil, garlic, onion saute
Add green chilli, capsicum and salt saute
Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, garam masala saute
Add chapathi noodles, mix well
Add 2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce if required
Add 1 tsp soy sauce
Now its ready, cut off heat
Chilli chapathi ready, serve hot
