Caramel bread popcorn with jaggery-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Bread – 3 slices
- Jaggery -3/4 cup
- Water-4 tbsp
- Ghee/ butter - 1 tbsp
Method
- Cut bread into cubes
- Heat large pan, add bread cubes, roast till crisp.
- Heat pan, add jaggery and water, let it dissolve then strain to remove impurities.
- Pour the melted jaggery in the same pan, let it boil till hard ball consistency.
- Then cut off heat, add roasted bread cubes mix well.
- Place the jaggery bread popcorn on large tray, let it cool.
- Then store in an airtight container use with in 2 days.

Slice bread
Cut into stripes
Heat pan, add bread cubes, roast till crisp
Now itsr eady, cut off heat
Transfer to a plate, keep it aside
Heat 1/2 cup jaggery, 4 tbsp water
Add ghee
Let it boil till hard balls consistency
Now its ready, cut off heat
Add bread mix well
Spread over the plate let it cool
