Aamras | Gujarati aamras puri recipe

Ingredients
- Mango [Mambazham] - 1
- Sugar or brown sugar - 3 tbsp
- Warm water - 3 tbsp
- Saffron - a pinch
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Preparation
- Soak saffron in warm water for 5 min
- Wash & pell off mango skin.
- Cut into cubes & remove seed.
- In a mixie jar or blender, add mango cubes, sugar & saffron water finely grind.
- Add caramom powder mix well & serve with puri
Tips
- You can add 3 tbsp milk or ghee.
- You can add blanched almond & pistachios
- You can make aamras without sugar
- You can skip cardamom powder.
- You can make mango puri using this aamras.
