  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp


  • Grease the tray with ghee / Place butter sheet.
  • Put sugar in a mixie jar, finely grind
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add 1 cup wheat flour, roast for 12 to 14 min.
  • Or till the mixtures turns shinny batter consistency.
  • Let it cool for min
  • Then add 1 cup powdered sugar, cardamom powder, mix well.
  • Put it in a buttersheet tray, evenly spread.
  • Leave it in fridge for 30 min or in room temperature for 1 hour
  • Put this in an airtight container. Use it for 2 week


  • You can use ghee roast grated coconut
