Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Grease the tray with ghee / Place butter sheet.
- Put sugar in a mixie jar, finely grind
- Heat ghee in a pan, add 1 cup wheat flour, roast for 12 to 14 min.
- Or till the mixtures turns shinny batter consistency.
- Let it cool for min
- Then add 1 cup powdered sugar, cardamom powder, mix well.
- Put it in a buttersheet tray, evenly spread.
- Leave it in fridge for 30 min or in room temperature for 1 hour
- Put this in an airtight container. Use it for 2 week
Note
- You can use ghee roast grated coconut

Add 1/2 cup ghee
