Ingredients
- Almond - 1/3 cup
- Walnut - 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Ghee -1 tbsp
Method
- Grease the tray with ghee / Place butter sheet.
- Heat pan, add almond, walnut, roast for 2 min
- then let it cool grind to fine powder
- Heat sugar, water in a pan, boil till 1 string consistency
- Add almond walnut mixtrue, cook for 3 min or till the mixtrue start leaving the pan
- Put it in a buttersheet tray, evenly spread
- LEave it for 10 min
- Then cut into desired shapes
- Put this in an airtight container. Use it for 2 week
Note
- You can use ghee roast grated coconut

No sticky healthy burfi
Akrot burfi
Add 1/3 cup almond
Add 1/2 cup walnut
roast for 2 min
Let it cool , then grind to fine pwoder

Add 1/2 cup sugar
add 1/4 cup water, boil till 1 string consistency
Boil
Perfect 1 string consistency
Add almond wlanut powder
add 1 tbsp ghee
Cook for 3 to 5 min
Cook till rolling ball consistency
Perfect
Cut off heat
Pour into tray
Let it sit for 10 min
Cut into sqaures
Non-sticky
