Tomato tamarind chutney | Thakkali puli chutney | Tamatar imli ki chutney

Ingredients
- Tomato – 1 [chopped]
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Tamarind 1 inch
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Dry red chilli -2
- Sugar or jaggery – a pinch
- Oil -1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat pan with oil then add onion, garlic, dry red chilli roast.
- Then add tomato roast till soft.
- Put roasted ingredients, salt, sugar, tamarind in a mixer jar then grind well.
- Serve with ragi idli, dosa or wheat dosa
