Tomato potato curry | Aloo tamatar ki sabzi | Tomato poori masala

Ingredients
- Potato – 2
- Tomato -1 [chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tbsp each
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring
- Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Mustard seed – ½ tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Bengal gram – ½ tbsp
- Urad dal – ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Method
- Wash and Boil (as whole and 3 whistle) potato in cooker. Then peel off and cut into 1 inch cube.
- Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds, cumin seed, Bengal gram and urad dal.
- Add onion sauté well then add ginger and garlic paste. Add green chilli, curry leaves and tomato sauté well.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and potato mix well. Then add water mix well.
- Once gravy is boiled add salt mix well then cut off heat. Sprinkle coriander leaves serve hot with poori or chapatti
