Ingredients

  • Sev[Oma podi] – ¼ cup
  • Curd / Yogurt – 1 cup [fresh]
  • Roasted cumin powder– ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Ginger & green chilli –1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Coriander leaves – 1 spring[chopped]
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • In a bowl add fresh curd beat/ whisk well then add salt.
  • Add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves mix well.
  • Finally add sev & serve immediately with chapathi or pulao, biryani
