Ingredients
- Sesame seeds – 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Almond, pista, dried rose petals - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Water – 3 tbsp
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
Method
- Grease the chapathi stone with ghee.
- Dry roast sesame, almond, pista,rose petals till crisp, let it cool
- Heat pan add sugar & 3 tbsp water, let it caramalize
- Add roasted sesame nuts , stir well for 50 sec then cut off heat
- Transfer this to mixture into ghee greased tray / chapathi making stone. Spread evenly.
- Leave it for 2 min then cut in to desired shapes then let it cool for another 5 min
- Once its ready,Put this in an airtight container use within 1 month

Roast till it splutters
add pista
almonds
Dried rose petals
Put it in a plate
Add 1 cup sugar
3 tbsp water
Let it caramalize
Started to caramalize
1/2 caramalization
Mix well
Mix well
Now itsready,
Add sesame seeds
Add cardamom powder
cut off heat, mix well
Mix well within 50 sec
Now its ready
Put it in a greased stone
Evenly spread
Let it cool for 2 min
perfect
cut into squares
perfect chikki ready, let it cool for 30 min
