Schezwan paneer dosa

Ingredients
- Dosa batter - 1 cup
- Schezwan sauce - 3 tbsp
- Paneer [cotaage chesse] - 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp [finely chopped or grated]
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- In a bowl add finely chopped paneer, salt & 2 tbsp of Schezwan sauce mix well.
- Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water then pour batter, spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
- Place 1 tbsp of Schezwan sauce then greese gently all over the dosa then drizzle oil.
- Add paneer & pour 1 tbsp of oil & cook till crisp.
- Once dosa is ready then fold & transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
