Ingredients

  • Dosa batter - 1 cup
  • Schezwan sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Paneer [cotaage chesse] - 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp [finely chopped or grated]
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • In a bowl add finely chopped paneer, salt & 2 tbsp of Schezwan sauce mix well.
  • Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water then pour batter, spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
  • Place 1 tbsp of Schezwan sauce then greese gently all over the dosa then drizzle oil.
  • Add paneer & pour 1 tbsp of oil & cook till crisp.
  • Once dosa is ready then fold & transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
