How to make Paneer white pakoda video
Ingredients
- Paneer [cottage cheese] – 1 cup [cubed]
- Garam masala – 1 tbsp
- Ginger, garlic & green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
For batter
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Maida - 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation Method
- In a bowl marinate paneer with garam masala, ginger, garlic & green chilli paste & sprinkle salt mix well, cover it, leave it for 10 min.
- In a bowl add maida, rice flour, corn flour, salt, & water mix well without lumps.
- Dip marinated paneer cubes into the batter then deep fry till crisp & light brown on medium hot oil.
- Then drain on absorbent paper & serve hot with green mint chutney or tomato chilli sauce.

In a mixie jar add ginger, garlic, green chilli, & salt
Coarsely grind
Cut paneer into cubes
Add ginger, garlic, green chilli paste
add garam masala
Mix well, leave it for 10 min
add maida
Corn flour
Rice flour
Add salt
Add water, make flowing consistency batter
Batter ready
Dip paneer in batter, drop it in hot oil
Deep fry till crisp
Flip over fry both sides
Now itsready, remove it from oil
Drain on absorbent paper
Crispy paneer white pakoda ready
