How to make Paneer white pakoda video


Ingredients

  • Paneer [cottage cheese] – 1 cup [cubed]
  • Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger, garlic & green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

For batter

  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  • Maida - 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl marinate paneer with garam masala, ginger, garlic & green chilli paste & sprinkle salt mix well, cover it, leave it for 10 min.
  • In a bowl add maida, rice flour, corn flour, salt, & water mix well without lumps.
  • Dip marinated paneer cubes into the batter then deep fry till crisp & light brown on medium hot oil.
  • Then drain on absorbent paper & serve hot with green mint chutney or tomato chilli sauce.
