Paneer pakora | Cottage cheese pakoda | Indian paneer pakoda-Healthy indian snack for kids

Ingredients
- Paneer [cottage cheese] – 1 cup [cubed]
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Ginger, garlic & green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
For batter
- Gram flour [besan] – ½ cup
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder or red chilli paste – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Water as needed
Preparation Method
- In a bowl marinate paneer with red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger, garlic & green chilli paste & sprinkle salt mix well, cover it, leave it for 10 min.
- In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, & water mix well without lumps.
- Dip marinated paneer cubes into the batter then deep fry till crisp & light brown on medium hot oil.
- Then drain on absorbent paper & serve hot with green mint chutney or tomato chilli sauce.
