Palak phulka [Spinach phulka] is simple, no oil , super soft roti recipe. Healthy weight loss recipe with wheat flour. Cooking time is only 1.50 min. This is perfect restaurant stye but homemade. No maida added. No fail recipe. Alternative to maida naan, puri or chapathi.We added perfect spinach phulka video recipe for beginners.For better understaning please dont skip steps.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 2 cup
  • Spinach - 1 cup
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water As needed

Method

  • In a mixie jar add spinach, and 1/4 cup water, finely grind
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, spinach puree, salt, 1 tbsp oil, mix well
  • Then add water, make soft dough.
  • Cover it and leave it for ½ an hour.
  • Divide the dough in to equal size balls.
  • Sprinkle flour, roll out into thick chapathi
  • Heat iron dosa tawa, place chapathi, cook both sides for 30 sec.
  • Then place it on direct high flame cook till fluffy[Apr 3 sec]
  • Once its ready, serve hot with any gravy
