Onion tomato uthappam | Vengaya thakkali uthappam

Ingredients
- Dosa batter – 1 cup
- Onion – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Tomato - 1 [Remove seeds & finely chopped]
- Green capsicum - 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Idli milagai podi - 2 tbsp [optional]
- salt to taste
- Oil -2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat iron dosa pan, pour batter, pour 1 tbsp of oil, add finely onion, tomato & capsicum.
- Then sprinkle idli milagai podi over the uthappam.
- Pour another 1 tbsp of oil around the uttapam then cover lid & cook both sides
- Once uthappam is ready, transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
