Muttaikose pachadi | Cabbage raita-Summer Special Recipe-With Video

Ingredients
- Cabbage – 1 cup [finely chopped or thin stripes]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Ginger – ½ tsp [finely chopped]
- Curd – 1 ½ cup [fresh, fully whisked]
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
Seasoning / Tempering ingredients
- Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Method
- Steam chopped cabbage in an idli cooker or steamer for 5 min. Then let it cool for 5 min.
- In a bowl add steamed cabbage, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves & salt mix well
Add curd mix well. - Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds let it splutter then add curry leaves & cut off heat.
- Add these seasoned ingredients to the cabbage raitha/pachadi mix well & serve with chapathi, rice.
