Ingredients
- Mango – 1 [peeled, chopped]
- Curd / Yogurt – 1 ½ cup [fresh]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring[chopped]
- Sugar – ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
For tempering / seasoning
- Mustard Seeds– ½ tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Method
- In a bowl add fresh curd, sugar whisk well then add salt.
- Add chopped mango
- Add green chilli, coriander leaves.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, let it splutter then add curry leaves cut off heat.
- Add seasoned ingredients into the curd, mango mixture & serve immediately with chapathi or pulao, biryani
