Ingredients
- Wheat flour –1 cup
- Water- 1.5 cups
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water As needed
Method
- In a bowl mix all ingredients, mix well to make flowing consistency batter.
- Cover it and leave it for ½ an hour.
- Heat non-stick pan, pour batter, gently spread to circle shape [Dont spread too much]
- Then sprinkle 1 tsp oil around the chapati
- Flip over, gently press with ladle till fluffy
- Once its ready, remove it from pan, Serve hot with any gravy.

Add 1 cup wheat flour
add 1 tbsp oil
Add salt

Cook till fluffy
