Ingredients

  • Dosa batter - 1 cup
  • Green chutney - 1/4 cup [Curry leaves - 3 springs, coriander leaves-2 springs, green chilli -1]
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • In a bowl add dosa batter & green chutney mix well
  • Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water then pour batter, spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of oil, cook till crisp.
  • Once dosa is ready then fold & transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
