Karuvepillai dosai | Curry leaves dosa-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Dosa batter - 1 cup
- Green chutney - 1/4 cup [Curry leaves - 3 springs, coriander leaves-2 springs, green chilli -1]
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- In a bowl add dosa batter & green chutney mix well
- Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water then pour batter, spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
- Pour 2 tbsp of oil, cook till crisp.
- Once dosa is ready then fold & transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
How to make Karuvepillai dosai-Step by step photos
Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, water in a mixer jar & finely grind
Green chutney is ready
Add ground green chutney mix well
Curry leaves dosa batter is ready
Heat iron dosa tawa, pour batter, spread immediatly
Pour oilaround the dosa, cook both sides till crisp
Curry leaves dosa is ready serve hot with coconut chutney
