Ingredients
- Kambu idiyappam [Pearl millet string hoppers, bajra idiyappam] – 1 cup
- Idli podi – 1 tbsp
- Gingelly oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Heat gingelly oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add curry leaves fry.
- Add idli podi, kambu idiyappam & salt mix well.
- Then cut off heat serve hot.
