Jaggery paal Poli [Rava milk puri]-How to make-Step by step photos

Main Ingredients
- Rava - 1 cup
- Salt a pinch
- Water as required
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Badam, pista - 2 tbsp
- Jaggery - 1/4 cup
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- In a bowl add rava, salt, hot water, mix well, make soft dough
- Cover dough, rest for 1 hour
- Heat pan add milk, water, boil for 5 min
- Add cardamom powder, nuts, mix well, boil till slightly thick , let it cool, add jaggery
- After 1 hour, Knead the dough, then divideinto equal size balls
- Roll out each ball into thick circle.
- Heat oil in a pan, drop it, deep fry till fluffy
- In a serving plate place rava puri, pour milk jaggery mixture, add nuts & saffron, serve hot or chilled

Healthy jaggery paal poli
Add 1 cup rava
Add pinch of salt
Add hot water
Mix well, make soft dough
Knead well
Dough ready, add 1 tbsp oil
Cover it, leave it for 1 hour
Boil milk in a pan
Add water
Boil till slightly thick
Add cardamom powder
Add badam pista
Boil for 5 min
Cut off heat, let it cool
Add jaggery when its warm, mix well
Now its ready, keep it aside
1 hour later, knead it again
Divide the dough into equal size balls
Sprinkle flour
roll out into thick circle
Remove edges
Perfect raw rava puri ready
Dro pit in hot oil, deep fry till fluffy
Deep fry both sides
Now its ready, remove it from oil
Arrange in a serving plate or bowl
Pour milk jaggery mixture
sprinkle nuts
Serve hot or chilled
