How to make Kambu kurunai sadam video
Ingredients
- Kambu [Pearl millet, Bajra] – 1 cup
- Water – 8 to 10 cups
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Soak kambu kurunai in hot water for 10 min
- Heat water in a pan & let it boil.
- When boiling add soaked kambu then cook it on medium flame for 15 min.
- Then check the consistency & add water if required.
- Once cooked cover lid and leave it for 5 min.
- Then serve hot or chilled [kambu thayir sadam]
