Preparation

  • Soak kambu kurunai in hot water for 10 min
  • Heat water in a pan & let it boil.
  • When boiling add soaked kambu then cook it on medium flame for 15 min.
  • Then check the consistency & add water if required.
  • Once cooked cover lid and leave it for 5 min.
  • Then serve hot or chilled [kambu thayir sadam]
