Ingredients

  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Sugar – ¾ cup
  • Ghee – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Method

  • Grease the tray with ghee / Place butter sheet.
  • Put sugar in a mixie jar, finely grind
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add maida, roast fro 12 to 14 min. Or til lthe mixtures turns shinny batter consistency
  • Let it cool for min
  • Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, mix well
  • Put it in a buttersheet tray, evenly spread
  • Leave it in fridge for 30 min or in room temperature for 1 hour
  • Put this in an airtight container. Use it for 2 week

Note

  • You can use ghee roast grated coconut
