Dates & Nuts Burfi [Dry fruits burfi]-No Sugar/Jaggery-How to make-Step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Dates -1 cup
- Pistachio - 1/4 cup
- Almond - 1/4 cup
- Cashews - 1/4 cup
- Walnut - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method
- Grease the tray with ghee or place buttersheet for easy de-molding
- Finely chop almond, cashew, pistachio, walnut
- Wash, remove seeds from dates then grind to fine paste
- Heat pan add nuts roast
- Add 1 tbsp ghee, put ground dates paste, roast for 2 min
- Transfer this to buttersheet tray.
- Spread evenly. Leave it in a fridge for 1 hour
- Then cut into desired shapes
- Put this in an airtight container. Use it for 1 week

Perfect Dates burfi
Finely chop Nuts
Put dates in a mixie jar
Finely grind
Heat pan, add nuts, Roast for 2 min
Add 1 tbsp ghee
Add ground dates
Roast for 2 min
Perfect mixture, cut off heat
Place it in a buttersheet tray
Evenly spread
Sprinkle pistachios
Leave it in fridge for 1 hour
De-mold after 1 hour
Cut it in to squares
