Crispy paneer golden fry-How to make with Video

Ingredients
- Paneer [cottage cheese] –10 pieces[long cubes]
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Lemon - 1
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
For green chutney
- Ginger- 1 inch piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Green chilli -1
- Coriander leaves - 3 springs
- Put all ingredients in a mixer jar grind with 1/4 glass of water
For batter
- Corn flour – 1 cup
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Green chutney-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation Method
- In a mixer jar add ginger, garlic, green chilli & coriander leaves
- In a bowl add marinate paneer, garam masala, lemon juice, ginger, garlic & green chilli paste & sprinkle salt mix well, cover it, leave it for 10 min.
- In a bowl add corn flour, salt, green chutney, garam masala powder & water mix well without lumps.
- Dip marinated paneer cubes into the batter then deep fry till crisp & golden brown on medium hot oil.
- Then drain on absorbent paper & serve hot with green mint chutney or tomato chilli sauce.
