Chocolate Coconut burfi | Chocolate Thengai Burfi | -How to make-Step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Coconut – 1 cup [grated]
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Sugar – ¾ cup
- Water – ¼ cup
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Pistachio - 2 tbsp
Method
- Grease the tray with ghee.
- Heat pan, add coconut , roast for 3 min
- Heat pan with sugar and water. cook until one string consistency add coconut mix well.
- Cook till it thickens, Then add cardamom powder
- Once mixture blend well cut off heat.
- Transfer this to ghee greased tray.
- Spread evenly. Leave it for 10 min then cut in to desired shapes
- Put this in an airtight container. Use it for 1 week
Note
- You can use ghee roast grated coconut

Prepare all the chocolate burfi ingredients
Add 1 cup coconut
Roast for 2 min
Transfer to a plate
Keep it aside
Add 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Cook till 1 string consistency
Perfect 1 string consistency
Add coconut
Add 2 tbsp coccoa powder
Add 2 tbsp pistachio
cook till it thickens
No ghee required
Now its ready
Pour into tray
Evenly spread
Sprinkle pistachios
Let it set for 10 min
Now its ready
Cut into desired shape
Store in an airtight container
Use with in 1 week
