Beetroot dosa

Ingredients
- Dosa/ Idli batter – 1 cup
- Beetroot juice – ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water as needed.
Method
- In a bowl add dosa batter, beetroot juice, salt mix well.
- Heat Dosa pan and brush oil then pour batter & spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thin. Cover it & cook for 2 min.
- Once uthappam becomes soft serve hot with chutney or sambar
