Aloo capsicum sandwich | Potato cheese sandwich-Instant breakfast recipe

Ingredients
- Brown Bread [Whole wheat bread] – 2 slices [wheat or normal]
- Cheese slice – 1
- Potato - 1 [boiled, chopped or mashed]
- Red & green capsicum - 3 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
- Ginger & garlic paste -1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder -1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Butter -2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion sauté.
- Add ginger, garlic & green chilli paste sauté.
- Add capsicum, red chilli, cumin, pepper & coriander powder sauté.
- Add potato, garam masala & salt mix well.
- Add coriander leaves mix well & cut off heat
- Grease 2 bread slices with butter
- Take one bread slice, add potato masala , evenly spread.
- Place 1 cheese slice & cover with another bread slice.
- Preheat sandwich maker, add butter, place potato sandwich, Grill it then serve hot with tomato sauce.
Tip
- You can make more variations with apple, berries, etc
