- Samak Rice (Little Millet) - 2 cup
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash and soak samak rice for 1 hour. Then add salt.
- Then steam it for 30 min then serve hot with sambar or curd.
Tip
- Dry roast samak rice then wash & soak for 15 min. Then steam it for 10 min.
