Instant pressure cooker vanilla cake

Ingredients
- Maida /All purpose flor / Wheat flour- 2 cups
- Salt- 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Egg -2
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- White chocolate - 1
Chocolate glaze
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
- Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Heat pan add butter, chocolate chips melt.
- Then add powdered sugar, milk mix well and cook for 2 min on low flame then cut off heat, let ti cool
Preparation
- Take 5 littre pressure cooker.
- Add 2 cups of sand / sea salt.
- Then place grid.
- Remove gasket & whistle from the pressure cooker lid.
- In a bowl add maida, salt, baking powder mix well.
- Another bowl, add butter, powdered sugar mix well
- Add egg, mix well, add milk and vanilla essence mix well.
- Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl mix well.
- Grease baking tray with butter and sprinkle flour.
- Pour prepared cake mixture to the baking tray.
- Place it on pressure cooker grind.
- Close lid & cook for 45 min on low to medium flame.
- Once its ready carefully remove baking tray then un-mould & let it cool.
- Pour chocolate glaze and sprinkle grated white chocolate over the cake and serve immediately
Note
- Before baking in pressure cooker remove gasket & whistle.
Tip
- You can add replace egg with banana or curd
