Simple rava upma recipe| Sooji upma | Easy Semolina upma | White rava [suji] upma

Ingredients
- Rava [semolina,suji, sooji] – 1 cup
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Green chilli – 1 [slit]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast rava.
- Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add Bengal gram and urad dal.
- Add onion sauté till soft then add ginger sauté. Then add green chilli and curry leaves.
- Add water and salt mix well & let it boil. Then add dry roasted rava mix well & cover it, cook for 2 min.
- Then cut off heat & leave it for 3 min. Sprinkle coriander leaves & serve hot with chutney.
