Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Moong dal - ¼ cup
- Milk – 3 cups
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
- Cashews – 5
- Ghee –4 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a moong dal roast till you get nice aroma.
- Add milk cook for 3 whistles.
- Then add sugar mix well.
- Add cardamom powder & add ghee roasted cashews mix well.
- Offer to god then serve hot
Note
- You can add milk & jaggery for another variation.
