Oats jaggery laddu-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Oats – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
- Water – 3 tbsp
- Ghee – 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Heat pan, add oats, dry roast for 2 min. Let it cool then grind
- In a pan add jaggery, water, let it dissolve then strain without lump.
- Pour strained jaggery to a pan, let it boil till you get sticky consistency syrup.
- In a bowl add ground oats powder, ghee, cardamom powder & jaggery syrup mix well
- Divide the mixture into equal size ladoo.
- Place it in airtight container use within 1 week.

Dry roast oats for 2 min or till you get nice aroma
Add roasted oats in mixie jar, finely grind
Ground oats powder ready
Heat pan, add ground oats powder ,saute for 2 min
Add roasted oats pwoder, cardamom powder
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan
Add pumpkin seeds, roast a sec
Add roasted pumpkin seeds
Heat jaggery ,water, let it boil for 5 min or till sticky consistency syrup
Now its ready, cut off heat
Add jaggery syrup
Mix well
Add 1/4 cup hot ghee
Mix well, divide the mixture into equal size portions
Shape laddu
