Ingredients

  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 3/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
  • Water – 3 tbsp
  • Ghee – 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Heat pan, add oats, dry roast for 2 min. Let it cool then grind
  • In a pan add jaggery, water, let it dissolve then strain without lump.
  • Pour strained jaggery to a pan, let it boil till you get sticky consistency syrup.
  • In a bowl add ground oats powder, ghee, cardamom powder & jaggery syrup mix well
  • Divide the mixture into equal size ladoo.
  • Place it in airtight container use within 1 week.
