Ingredients

  • Maida /All purpose flor / Wheat flour- 2 cups
  • Mango puree- 3/4 cup
  • Milk- 200 ml
  • Condensed milk- 1/4 cup
  • Curd- 1/4 cup
  • Coconut oil- 1/4 cup
  • Salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Melted Butter - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder- 1 tsp

Preparation

  • Take 5 littre pressure cooker.
  • Add 2 cups of sand / sea salt.
  • Then place grid.
  • Pre-heat for 15 min on low flame
  • Remove gasket & whistle from the pressure cooker lid.
  • In a bowl seive maida, salt, baking powder, baking soda mix well.
  • Boil milk, add butter melt and cut off heat, let it cool then add coconut oil mix well
  • In a mixer jar add mango, condensed milk, sugar & curd grind to fine puree
  • Add butter & milk mixture to dry ingredients mix well
  • Add ground mango puree, cardamom powder, vanilla essence mix well.
  • Grease baking tray with butter and sprinkle flour.
  • Pour prepared mango cake mixture to the baking tray.
  • Place it on pressure cooker grind.
  • Close lid & cook for 45 min on low to medium flame.
  • Once its ready carefully remove baking tray then un-mould & let it cool.
  • Pour chocolate glaze and sprinkle grated white chocolate over the cake and serve immediately

Note

  • Before baking in pressure cooker remove gasket & whistle.
