Hello bachelors! How are you? Being a bechelor/ single is enjoyable. Enjoy it. But pause. Think. what about your diet? Going to hotels and escaping by giving reason "no proper kitchen utinicils" and "ingredients". I am going to give some tips/ideas and sure that would help bachelors move next step to start cook.Here is the first recipe Dosa.
Ingredients
- Rice-1 kg
- Urad dal - 1/2 kg
- Water
- Salt
How to make a Dosa Batter?
- (Making Dosa batter is so easy in the world)Buy 1 Kg rice and 1/2 Kg urad dall.Grind this all together in a rice mill or ask your mom to grind this when you visit your home town.Take this ground powder (as you require) and add water till you get Dosa consistency
- Keep it over night.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Thats it. Make nice, tasty & crispy dosa and enjoy.
What do you prepare side dish for this Dosa?
- No mixie, grinder, attukal or ammikkal? Dont worry! here is a simple & healthy side dish the Garlic & Roastedgram (Pottukadalai in Tamil) powder
- For one person take 2 small bulbs of garlic and half a hand of Roastedgram and pinch of salt. Grind this using Poorikatai
- take this powder along with gingly oil.
- This goes with idli, dosa very well.
