Custard cake-No oven-how to make-Step by step photo & video

Ingredients
- All purpose flour- 1 cup
- Custard powder - 1/2 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Melted butter - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- egg - 1
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Preparation
- Take 5 littre pressure cooker.
- Remove gasket & whistle from the pressure cooker lid.
- Then place grid.
- Preheat pressure cooker for 5 to 10 min on medium flame.
- Grease baking tin with butter and sprinkle flour.
- In a bowl seive all purpose flour, custard powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda without lumps
- In a bowl add butter, sugar, oil, egg, vanilla essence mix well till cream consistency
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients mixture, gently mix
- Add milk to adjust the consistency.
- Pour cake batter into baking tin.
- Place it in pre-heated pressure cooker.
- Close lid & cook for 35 to 40 min on low flame.
- Once its ready carefully remove baking tin then un-mould & let it cool.
- For glaze:- Powdered sugar [1/2 cup], Milk -3 tbsp, Vanilla essence -1 tsp, mix well till flowing consistency
Note
- Before baking in pressure cooker remove gasket & whistle.

add flour, evenly spread
Bundt cake mold ready
In a bowl add sugar
Add melted butter
Add oil
Add egg
Beat well
add vanilla essence
Beat well
Seive flour without lumps
Add custard powder
Add baking powder
Add baking soda
Add salt
Mix well
Add Wet ingredients
Mix well without lumps
Add milk to adjust the consistency
Dont mix kong time
Pour into mold
Tap twice
Place it in pre-heated pressure cooker
Coo for 40 min on low flame
Stic k comes out clean
Perfectly ready, let it cool
Remove it from mold
Pour glaze over the cake Then sprinkle color balls
Slice and serve hot with tea
Spongy custard cake ready
Perfect soft bundt cake
