Crispy wheat biscuits with powdered sugar coating

Ingredients
- Wheat flour – ½ cup
- Salt a pinch
- Green Cardamom - 3
- Sugar – ¼ cup
- Water as needed
Method
- Put sugar and cardamom seeds in mixer jar then grind to fine powder.
- Mix all ingredients well except powdered sugar to make soft dough. Then cover it & leave it for ½ an hour.
- Take a small piece, sprinkle flour and using roller make round shape.
- Then cut in to diamond shapes. Make petal shape by drag and roll of the tip
- Heat oil in a pan then deep fry. Once deep fried immediately put in powdered sugar.
Cool it and put in airtight container use within 2 days.
