How to make Wheat chocolate donut video
Dry Ingredients
- Wheat flour- 1 cup
- Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
- Warm Milk - 1/2 cup
- Salt- 1/4 tsp
- Active dry Yeast - 1.5 tsp
- Sugar -3 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 1 inch cube
- Warm Water - as needed or [Apr 200 ml]
- Rainbow Chocolate balls [edible] - 1/4 cup
Chocolate glaze
- Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
- Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- In a bowl add above all ingredients, mix till creamy & smooth.
Preparation
- In a bowl add 1.5 tsp active dry yeast, sugar & warm water mix well.
- Then leave it for 5 min. [You can see frothy like consistency-This is perfect]
- Heat milk, add butter, melt then leave it for 5 min
- In another bowl add flour, cocoa powder, salt mix well.
- Add activated yeast mixture & milk butter mixture mix well then knead it for 8 to 10 min to make soft dough [Add water if required]
- Then pour 1 tbsp oil over the dough, cover with wet cotton cloth, let it rise for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, you can see the dough is double in size
- Sprinkle flour knead it for 5 min then roll out into thick sheet
- Using cookie cutter, cut into donut circles
- Then et it rise again for 30 min to 1 hour
- Heat oil in a pan, drop it, deep fry till golden brown both sides
- Once its ready, drain on absorbent paper
- Dip fried donuts in chocolate glaze, sprinkle rainbow chocolate balls, let it set for 5 min
- Then serve with tea / coffee / best for evening / morning snack for kids

Cover it, let it rise for 2 hours
After 2 hours
Sprinkle flour, roll out into thick sheet
Cut into donut shpe circles
Cover it, let it rise for 2 hours again
After 2 hours, donuts double in size
Heat oil, drop donuts
Deep fry for 3 min both sides
Now its ready, remove it from oil
Drain on absorbent paper
For glaze:-Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla essence
Add milk, mix well, make smooth consistecy glaze

Dip fried donuts in chocolate glaze
Super sweet glazeddonuts ready
Sprinkle rainbow chocolate balls
Let it set for 5 min
