Chocolate biscuit | New year special biscuit with dry fruits

Ingredients
- Almond - 10
- Cashew nut - 10
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Khoya - 300 gram [boil milk about 1 hour, stir often and Khoya is ready]
- Brown Chocolate - 2 cup
- Raisins - 8
- Smooth Dates - 9
- Dried cherries - 8
- Marie biscuits - 6
Preparation
- Grind almonds and cashew to fine powder.
- Heat pan with ghee, add finely chopped dates, dried cherries and raisins & sauté gently. Add cashew almond powder & mix well. Add khoya & stir well. Turn off flame.
- Double boil dark chocolate.
- Spread the mixture on one side of the biscuit and stick the 2nd biscuit over it gently.
- Dip each stuffed biscuit in Dark chocolate sauce and place this in plate and pour dark chocolate sauce on the biscuit again. Make sure biscuits completely chocolate coated.
- Refrigerate for one hour. Take this and do the above procedure with dark chocolate sauce and then refrigerate one hour again. Serve it cool with grated almonds.
Note
- You can use white chocolate, chocolate chips, chocolate vermicelli also. Dried figs also gives nice flavor.
Tip
- You can add pistachio & dry roasted grated coconut while grinding.
