Ingredients
- Capsicum – ½ cup [finely chopped]
- Spring onion – 1 cup [finely chopped]
- Gram flour [Besan flour, kadalai maavu]- 4 tbsp
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Maida – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 [chopped]
- Red chilli powder - ½ tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
- Mint leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
- Asafetida – ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Water as needed
Method
- In a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well.
- Sprinkle 3 tbsp of water and mix well. (Not like bajji consistency). Then make uneven shape balls.
- Heat oil in a pan then deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Serve hot with curd rice, evening snack, tea or coffee.
