Capsicum onion dosa

Ingredients
- Dosa batter - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 [finely chopped]
- Red, yellow, green capsicum - 3 tbsp [ finely chopped]
- Green chilli - 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves - 1 spring [finely chopped]
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water then pour batter, spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
- Sprinkle capsicum, onion, & curry leaves.
- Sprinkle oil over the dosa & cook till crisp.
- Once dosa becomes crispy fold & transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
