Ingredients

  • Dosa batter - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 [finely chopped]
  • Red, yellow, green capsicum - 3 tbsp [ finely chopped]
  • Green chilli - 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Curry leaves - 1 spring [finely chopped]
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water then pour batter, spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
  • Sprinkle capsicum, onion, & curry leaves.
  • Sprinkle oil over the dosa & cook till crisp.
  • Once dosa becomes crispy fold & transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
