Pomegranate custard pudding-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients for Pomegranate mixture
- Pomegranate - 1 cup [400 ml]
- Sugar –1/4 cup
- Corn flour - 3 tbsp
- Rose syrup - 1/4 cup
- Water as required
Ingredients for custard
- Milk - 1 cup [400 ml]
- Sugar –3 tbsp
- Custard powder –1 tbsp
Preparation
- In a bowl add corn flour & 4 tbsp water mix well without lumps
- Heat pan add pomegranate juice, sugar, corn flour mixture & rose syrup cook till thick.
- Let it cool & pour into glass, freeze it for 1 hour.
- In a bowl add 3 tbsp custard powder and 100 ml milk mix well
- Boil 300 ml milk in a pan add sugar and custard mixture cook for 5 min
- Once its ready, cut off heat, let cool.
- In the same glass add custard mixture refrigerate for 1 hour
- Once its ready, Add fruits & nuts serve immediately.
Notes & tips
- You can add agar agar or gelatin instead of corn flour.
- You can replace sugar with honey.
- Rose syrup is optional
How to make Pomegranate custard pudding-Stepwise pictures
pour pomegranate juice
Add sugar
Add rose syrup
Add corn flour mixture
Cook for 5 min or cook till it thickens
Now its ready, cut off heat, let it cool
Pour into glass, refrigerate / freeze it for 1 hour
After 1 hour pomegranate pudding ready
For custard pudding:- Add 3 tbsp custard powder
Add milk, mix well without lumps
Custard mixture ready
Boil milk
Add sugar
Cut off heat, add custard mixture
Mix well without lumps
Boil it on medium flame for 5 min
Now its ready, cut off heat
Let it cool
Pour into glass
freeze it for 1 hour
Now its ready, remove it from freezer
Add pomegranate serve immediately
