Ingredients

  • Raw Mango - 1 [ big]
  • Jaggery powder[Vellam]–3/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp

Preparation

  • Wash & grate raw mango
  • Heat pan add grated mango, jaggery, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt mix well
  • Let it boil till one string consistency.
  • Finally add cumin seeds mix well & cut off heat.
  • Store in an airtight container use within 1 week
  • Serve hot with roti, chapathi or puri
