Leftover sooji upma balls | Fried rava balls -How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Leftover sooji upma or boiled rava– 1 cup
- Gram flour- 2 tbsp
- Rice flour – 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves- 1 spring
- Coriander leaves– 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Water as needed [3 to 4 tbsp]
Preparation
- In a bowl add leftover sooji upma, gram flour, rice flour, salt, curry leaves, coriander leave, red chilli & turmeric powder mix well
- Make soft dough. Divide the balls into equal size balls.
- Heat oil in a pan, Add sooji balls, deep fry till crisp & golden brown on medium hot oil.
- Once its ready remove from oil & drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with curd rice, evening snack, tea or coffee

In a boil add leftover sooji upma / boiled rava
Mix well, make soft dough
Divide the mixture into equal size balls
Heat oil, add sooji balls
Deepfry till crisp and golden brown
Crispy sooji balls ready
Remove it from oil
