Vegetable mayonnaise sandwich-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Brown Bread – 4 slices
- Carrot – 2 [Finely chopped]
- Capsicum –1 [finely chopped]
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce– 1 tbsp
- Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
- Veg Mayonnaise– 3 tbsp
- Mixed herb seasoning / Pizza seasoning–2 tbsp
- Cheese slices – 1 or 2
- Butter / Ghee – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Cut & remove the brown edges of the bread. Grease two bread slices with butter.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add carrot, capsicum, garam masala powder, salt, saute for 3 min.
- Take one bread slice, grease with butter, mayonnaise, carrot, capsicum & cheese
- Then cover with another slice of bread & press gently.
- Heat iron tawa, add 1 tbsp butter, place bread toast till crisp and golden brown.
- Once it’s ready, slice bread & serve hot with tomato chilli sauce.

Take brown bread slices
Finely chop carrot and capsicum
Add veg mayonnaise
Add tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce
Add mixed herb seasoning
Mix well
Brown bread and veg mayonnaise ready
Heat 2 tbsp oil, add caroot, capsicum
Add salt
Add garam masala
Sauce for 3 min
Heat iron tawa, Add butter & brown bread
Add mayonnaise
Grease bread with seasoned mayonnaise
Add sauted carrot & capsicum
Add cheese
Cover with another bread slice
Toast till crisp
Cut and serve hot
