Aloo paneer sabzi | Potato cottage cheese dry curry

Ingredients
- Homemade Paneer [cottage cheese] – 1 cup [cut into squares]
- Potato [aloo] – 1 cup [boiled, cut into squares]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Tomato – 2 [finely chopped]
- Ginger & garlic – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder -1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Coriander & cumin powder – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat pan with oil, add cumin seeds. Then add onion, ginger and garlic sauté till soft.
- Add green chilli, & tomato sauté till soft. Then add potato, turmeric & red chilli powder mix well.
- Add paneer, cumin, coriander & pepper powder mix well. Add salt & garam masala sauté.
- Add coriander leaves & cut off heat. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
Note
- You can add chat masala, fenu greek powder, kasoor methi when seasoning. It will give extra aromatic flavor for sabzi.
