Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 2 cup
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water As needed
Method
- In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, 1 tbsp oil, mix well
- Then add water, make soft dough.
- Cover it and leave it for ½ an hour.
- Divide the dough in to equal size balls.
- Sprinkle flour, roll out into thick chapathi
- Heat iron dosa tawa, place chapathi, cook both sides for 30 sec.
- Then place it on direct high flame cook till fluffy[Apr 3 sec]
- Once its ready, serve hot with any gravy

Soft and perfect phulka-No oil flatbread
Add 2 cups wheat flour
Add salt
Add 1 tbsp oil
Add water, make soft dough
Dough ready, cover it, leave it for 20 min
