Mini chickpea chaat is instant, north indian healthy snack with pomegrante, sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, sev, onion, tomato & chaat masala.

Ingredients
- Chana [Chickpeas] -1/2 cup
- Onion – 2 tbsp
- Tomato- 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Plain sev - 2 tbsp
- Green chutney – 2 tbsp
- Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds- 3 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash and soak mini chana for overnight or 8 hours
- Then boil mini chana with salt
- In a serving plate, place mini chana [chickpeas], chat masala,red chilli powder, green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, onion, sev, pomegranate & coriander
- Then serve immediately

In a bowl add mini chana [chickpeas]
Wash and soak for overnight then boil
Green chutney[Coriander, mint, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, salt & sugar]
Tamarind chutney[Tamarind, dates/jaggery, asafoetida, red chilli powder & salt]
Boiled mini chana ready
In a plate add boiled chickpeas
Add onion, tomato, coriander, chaat masala
Add red chilli powder
Add tamarind sweet chutney
Add green chutney
Sprinkle sev
Sprinkle tomato, coriander, green & tamarind chutney again
Add pomegranate seeds
Sprinkle sev
Perfect chana chaat ready
