Simple paneer bhurji recipe

Ingredients

  • Paneer[Indian cottage Cheese] – 1 cup [grated]
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
  • Ginger paste– 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder– ½ tsp
  • Garam masala– ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves- 2 springs [chopped]
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger saute well
  • Add, green chilli and tomato sauté well.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & Garam masala powder mix well.
  • Add paneer & salt mix well
  • Finally add coriander leaves mix well then cut off heat
  • Serve hot with bread, rice, chapati.
