Pudina chapati | Mint roti-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Wheat flour [Atta] – 1 cup
- Pudina – ½ [finely chopped]
- Ghee- 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water as needed.
Method
- In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, ghee, pudina, water then knead it & make soft dough.
- Then cover it & leave it for 15 to 20 min. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
- Sprinkle flour then roll out each ball in to thin chapatti.
- Heat iron dosa tawa then place pudina chapatti on it, pour 1 tbsp of oil & cook both side.
- Then cut off heat serve hot with any gravy, pickle, raitha or cucumber.
How to make pudina chapati-Step by step photos
Add atta[wheat flour] in a bowl add salt
Add ghee mix well
Add mint[pudina] mix well, add water, knead it & make soft dough
Pudina roti dough is ,cover it leave it for 20 min
Make equal size balls
Sprinkle flour over the ball, flatten, roll out into thin chapati
Raw pudina roti is ready
Heat iron dosa tawa, place prepared raw pudina roti, pour one tbsp oil, cook till soft and golden brown
Flip over/ turn over & cook
Pudina chapati is ready, serve hot with raita
