Nendran banana bajji | Kerala banana fritters

Ingredients
- Nendram pazham[Kerala banana]- 1 [thinly slice]
- Wheat flour or All purpose flour– ¼ cup
- Rice flour or corn flour– 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil or ghee– ¼ ltr [for frying]
Preparation
- Take a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, brown sugar, salt, & turmeric powder then add water mix well (bajji batter consistency).
- Then add 1 tbsp hot oil mix well
- Heat enough oil in a broad pan
- Then dip banana slices in the batter and deep fry on medium hot oil.
- Once its ready remove from oil drain on absorbent paper
- Serve hot with Tea
